Cisco Quoting Specialist | Rosedale AUK

YOUR ROLE


The Cisco Quoting Specialist is responsible for managing all Cisco quote requests and Bill of Materials (BOM) requests sent from our key telecommunications customer. Operating within Cisco, customer and our systems, you’ll ensure that all order and quote processing is undertaken in accordance with Cisco’s requirements.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


Specifically, you will:
 

 

  • Deliver high levels of service to the customer including the complete, accurate, and timely quoting, order management and post order follow-up
  • Support our customers’ solution architects in quoting and ordering the requested BOMs
  • Ensure maximum discounts are achieved via deal registration against the applicable programs, and that maximum value is driven from rebate programs
  • Maintain seamless communication with various teams - Service Delivery, Supply/Supplier Management, Logistics & Distribution, Reporting.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 


Our ideal candidate has experience gained in a customer service and/or quote desk role with applied knowledge / experience in Cisco (products, bundles, deal registration, portal), as well as:
 

 

  • NCEA Level 3 or equivalent
  • Competency in MS Office applications
  • Effective planning, prioritisation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to work to strict deadlines
  • Bonus: Cisco certifications and/or experience working in telecommunications.


In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
