YOUR ROLE

 

We are looking to hire a self-starter, innovative, result-driven, high-ownership and data-driven Program Manager to support the delivery of operational excellence within our products teams.

Reporting to Chief of staff to the Deputy CEO, you will be the owner, responsible for defining and delivering objectives in line with Business Units leaders, sponsors and team members.

A successful candidate will leverage project management and leadership experience, problem-solving skills, and influence over authority to promote a culture of excellence within the team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic-thinker with a strong business sense, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high-energy environment.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Drive key strategic program on behalf of the Deputy CEO
  • Challenge the level of ambition and project rationale
  • Ensure coordination with key stakeholders, identify risks and roadblocks and deploy mitigating actions
  • Own program delivery toward the Board, the BU leaders and other Senior Executives

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

                                                                                                               

  • A proven track record in top tier strategy consultancies (McKinsey, BCG & Bain) or equivalent experience in a similar position
  • Ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, manage risks appropriately and effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/programs
  • Results-oriented person with a proven track record of on-time project/program delivery for large, cross-functional projects with global stakeholders
  • Self-starter capable to take initiative and work with minimal direction
  • Strong contributor eager to learn and develop within the company
  • Experience in the transportation, supply chain or related industries, with Program ownership/management or Operations Management is a plus
