HR Admin Executive

Summary:

You will be providing first tier HR admin and transactional support to all employee enquiries related to HR policies, employee benefits and matters. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, employee benefits administration and updating internal databases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day to day process of benefits claims including insurance-related but not limited:
    - administer benefits claims; review submissions, track and monitor claims’ status
    - ensure quality of service vendor service/response levels to employees are met
    - ​​​ ensure benefits claims, review submissions, track and monitor claims status
  •  Attend to all employee enquiries regarding employees’ benefits
  • Work Passes application, renewal, cancellation and/or PR/citizenship application.
  • Maintain an updated HR knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures, letter templates, forms and tools.
  • Maintain, update, develop HR documents (e.g employment contract, employee handbook, forms, etc.)
  • Forming and maintaining employee records – softcopies and hardcopies
  • Maintain and update HRIS and all internal HR systems timely and accurately
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as work passes quota, monthly claims…etc.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Minimum requirements: 

  • Preferably min 2 years in HR Admin / Payroll work experience.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Good understanding in employment law will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with willingness to learn, ability to multitask, integrity, great work attitude and be commitment to providing quality service to employees
