YOUR ROLE
We have a rare opportunity for a Transport Management System (TMS) Delivery Lead to join our national Solution Design team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of TMS Analysts (Superusers) and lead the successful implementation and enhancement of CEVA’s transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in bridging operations, solution design, and IT to deliver customer-centric, scalable solutions that improve visibility, integration and performance across our network.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of TMS Analysts, supporting their development and project delivery
- Manage complex, multi-site TMS implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-live
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs
- Recommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution design
- Participate in client integration workshops, supporting message testing and issue resolution
- Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency
- Provide training and change support across operational teams and customer interfaces
- Support Orion implementation and maintain documentation of TMS-related processes.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a background in transport operations, transport systems implementation or management, and team leadership. You will also bring:
- Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role
- Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment
- Experience with integration, mobility platforms and transport fundamentals
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet project and customer requirements.
