- Lead site-level projects and programs, including new customer/site start‑ups and automation deployments into live operations, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Drive accountability by monitoring progress, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Own vendor coordination, execution sequencing, and readiness through installation, commissioning, and go‑live
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Solution Design teams to support operational readiness for new sites, processes, and automation solutions.
- Support operational design and process definition activities required for successful startup or retrofit.
- Ensure implementation outcomes align with agreed service levels, capacity requirements, and performance targets at handover.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
- Identify cost and risk mitigation opportunities without compromising delivery or service quality
- Lead and influence cross‑functional project teams in a matrix environment
- Provide direction, clarity, and support to team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure appropriate resourcing and coordination across project phases
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments.
- Experience leading warehouse automation implementation projects in a 3PL or contract logistics environment, including capital deployments of robotics, conveyor, and material handling systems for new customer/site start‑ups or brownfield facilities, with responsibility for execution coordination, commissioning, and go‑live, including WMS integration.
- Hands‑on experience managing complex implementation projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and solutioning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies based on project demands or unforeseen challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.
