  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality and operational targets, ensuring performance standards are consistently achieved.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring customer requirements are met to a high standard.
  • Take responsibility for health & safety, ensuring the warehouse operates safely and in line with company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
  • Take an active role in team development, employee wellbeing and performance, helping each team member reach their potential.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive or logistics sector. You will have strong IT and administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and a logical, methodical approach to your work. Confident and professional in your communication, you will be able to build effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. A positive and enthusiastic team player, you are comfortable working under pressure, managing deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities. You will also be self-motivated, flexible in your approach, and willing to work independently, collaborate as part of a team, and travel to other sites when required.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a warehouse team, with a strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. You’ll be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads, while supporting and motivating your team to achieve their goals. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and works well as part of a team, with a positive and hands-on approach to their work.
