As a Europe Sales Effectiveness Professional (m/f/d), you support the regional Commercial Organisation by providing meaningful analyses, performance reporting, and governance structures. You play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and continuously improving sales performance.

Working closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and global teams, you ensure the availability of reliable performance data, support regional incentive programs, and identify opportunities to optimize the sales organisation.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance and Analytics
  • Creation and continuous improvement of sales reporting and dashboards
  • Analysis of sales KPIs and development of actionable recommendations
  • Monitoring of relevant sales KPIs and identification of improvement opportunities
  • Translation of complex datasets into clear and meaningful business insights
  • Governance & Process Improvement
  • Ensuring consistent standards, definitions, and reporting methodologies
  • Promoting transparency and consistency across sales processes
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Contributing to international Sales Effectiveness projects
  • Sales Incentive Management
  • Supporting the implementation of regional Sales Incentive Plans (SIP)
  • Performing data validation and quality control activities
  • Ensuring accurate incentive calculations
  • Acting as a key contact for incentive-related analyses and inquiries
  • Working closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and other business partners
  • Supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven analyses
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to support management decisions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across the international sales organisation

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable field
  • Experience in Sales Performance Management, Business Controlling, or Commercial Analytics
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and commercial processes
  • Experience with reporting, KPI analysis, and dashboarding
  • Knowledge of Sales Incentive Programs is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Experience working in an international matrix organisation
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
