YOUR ROLE

Within the Group Purchasing Department, the Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer manages and develops procurement activities across a portfolio of indirect spend categories.

You will combine strategic category management with hands-on sourcing, from defining procurement strategies to running tenders, negotiating with suppliers and delivering measurable savings.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers in an international environment, while contributing to the continuous improvement of CEVA's procurement practices.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Procurement Strategy & Category Management

  • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of indirect spend categories and identify cost, value and risk improvement opportunities.
  • The portfolio may include, but is not limited to: Professional Services & Consulting, HR, Marketing & Communications, Travel, Car Fleet, Energy & Utilities, HSE, CSR, Business Tools and Training.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, from market analysis and supplier identification to tendering, selection and contractualization.
  • Manage RFPs / tenders and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
  • Develop and optimize the supplier panel.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance and processes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted procurement partner to internal stakeholders.
  • Understand and challenge business needs to identify the most relevant sourcing approach.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across an international organization.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs, savings and supplier performance.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement projects.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in indirect procurement, ideally in an international environment.
  • Proven experience managing one or more indirect procurement categories.
  • Strong track record in sourcing, tender management, negotiation and supplier management.
  • Experience managing procurement projects autonomously from strategy to implementation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on cost optimization and savings delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
