This position combines a dual scope, encompassing both Global (GHO) project leadership and regional HSE support; It requires the ability to effectively balance and prioritize both dimensions.

Your main mission is to ensure the consistency and effective implementation of the Group's HSE standards across several European countries, while driving measurable results.

You will structure, coordinate and monitor HSE initiatives, with a direct impact on the Group's overall HSE performance. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as well as strong influencing skills, operating without direct hierarchical authority while driving engagement and accountability across multiple stakeholders.

Your missions

  • Ensure comprehensive Regional and Country improvement plans are in place with proper action closure, driving continuous improvements in HSE performance and incident reduction

  • Plan and conduct HSE audits/inspections and follow up on action plans

  • Liaise with Regional and Country Support functions and product operation teams in key projects or initiatives requiring HSE input

  • Lead and deliver Global HSE projects at GHO level, ensuring alignment with global priorities, timelines and expected outcomes

  • Support the development and implementation of the TALK Program

  • Support the delivery of a comprehensive HSE Capability improvement framework, including internal management workshops, eLearning programs and coordination of external providers where required

  • Ensure robust methods of HSE data recording, KPI reporting and performance reviews, while actively monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the region

  • Develop and maintain processes for capturing Environmental performance data and contribute to global Environmental KPI reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability across countries

  • Support serious accident investigations and ensure key learnings from significant incidents, as well as any subsequent changes in standards, are effectively communicated and embedded
