Your Role :
The PMO HR Controlling role exists to structure, coordinate, and deliver priority HR transformation projects that strengthen workforce data, labor cost visibility, and management reporting. The role translates HR and Finance needs into clear project roadmaps, business requirements, dashboards, and governance routines, ensuring reliable delivery across MYHR Compass, data quality initiatives, labor cost projects, and HR analytics solutions.
What are you going to do?
Project Management Office for HR Controlling Transformation
• Build and maintain structured project plans, milestones, risks, actions, and decision logs for HR Controlling priority initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery between HR, HRIS, Finance, Data, Transformation teams, and external partners where relevant.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, expected outputs, acceptance criteria, and deployment priorities.
• Prepare concise project status updates, governance materials, and escalation points for HR leadership.
• Ensure adoption, change management, documentation, and sustainable handover for delivered solutions.
MYHR Compass Project Management
• Act as project lead / business coordination point for MYHR Compass enhancements linked to HR budgeting, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
• Define and maintain business rules, calculation principles, data input requirements, and user governance for MYHR Compass.
• Work with Workday Adaptive Planning developers and HR users to convert business requirements into robust configuration and reporting outcomes.
• Support the HR budget process by ensuring clear project planning, user readiness, and consistent use of MYHR Compass.
• Develop and promote dashboards for Budget versus Actual analysis, variance explanation, and management review.
Dashboard Development and HR Analytics Projects
• Lead dashboard development projects from requirement collection to solution testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards using Qlik, Excel, PowerPoint and, where relevant, Power BI.
• Translate HR leadership and HR Business Partner questions into dashboard specifications and data visualization requirements.
• Drive automation and simplification of recurring HR reporting to improve timeliness, reliability, and usability.
• Promote effective use of dashboards through short guides, training sessions, FAQs, and stakeholder support.
Labor Cost Project Management
• Manage HR contribution to labor cost initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR, Finance, Transformation, and Data stakeholders.
• Define business rules, data model requirements, calculation logic, and expected outputs for labor cost monitoring solutions.
• Validate project deliverables against agreed HR and Finance requirements before deployment or business use.
• Ensure consistency of labor cost visualization, interpretation, and reporting across MYHR Compass, Qlik, and other relevant tools.
• Support development of reliable processes for headcount and labor cost monitoring, analysis, and variance explanation.
Data Quality Project Management
• Coordinate structured data quality projects to improve consistency, reliability, and ownership of HR master data.
• Define data quality controls and follow-up routines across SuccessFactors / MYHR, Qlik, Workday Adaptive Planning, payroll, and related reporting sources.
• Work with HR Business Partners and HR data quality contributors to identify root causes, prioritize corrections, and monitor progress.
• Support and challenge HR teams to complete timely data corrections and strengthen data ownership at source.
• Provide analysis on key workforce indicators, including headcount, SG&A headcount, labor cost and other HR KPIs, when required for project delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Enablement
• Facilitate regular collaboration with HR, HRIS, Finance, Data, and Transformation stakeholders to secure alignment and delivery momentum.
• Create business-facing documentation that makes project scope, dashboards, rules, and data ownership clear and easy to apply.
• Support project adoption by explaining new reports, dashboards, processes, and governance routines to HR users.
• Identify improvement opportunities to make HR reporting, project governance, and data quality management more efficient and scalable.
Who are we looking for?
Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects in HR, Finance Controlling, workforce planning, or data/reporting environments.
• Experience translating business needs into specifications, dashboards, governance routines, and practical delivery plans.
• Strong project management discipline: planning, requirements, risk follow-up, stakeholder coordination, testing, and adoption.
• Good understanding of HR processes, budget cycles, workforce planning, headcount and labor cost concepts.
• Ability to manage complex datasets and define data quality controls with strong attention to confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
• Ability to structure dashboards, KPIs, business rules, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, written and spoken.
• Structured, rigorous, delivery-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align HR, Finance, Data and technical audiences.
• High level of integrity, discretion and service orientation when handling sensitive HR information.
• Project management certification or training is a plus.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, budgeting, HRIS, or analytics projects in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, Power BI, Workday Adaptive Planning, SuccessFactors, Excel automation or payroll data is a plus.
• Exposure to change management or user training is a plus.
