About the Role
Reporting to the France IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Workplace and Network Infrastructure deployment and transformation projects, coordinating internal teams, Global IT Infrastructure stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
You will manage projects throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design and technical validation through to production deployment, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
As a hands-on Infrastructure Project Manager, you will actively contribute to technical activities, deployment phases, troubleshooting, and implementation tasks when required, while ensuring alignment with global IT standards and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and qualify business requirements from internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for Workplace and Network Infrastructure improvements.
- Define technical specifications and contribute to the selection of vendors and service providers.
- Design and recommend the most appropriate technical solutions to support the evolution of existing infrastructure.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all technical activities related to infrastructure deployment projects.
- Lead projects by coordinating internal and external resources while ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Identify project risks, anticipate potential issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Prioritize activities while balancing business needs with operational and technical constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Global IT Infrastructure, local sites, and business units throughout deployment activities.
- Forecast hardware requirements and coordinate procurement activities in line with deployment schedules.
- Produce project reports and prepare for and lead Steering Committee meetings.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of all deployments in accordance with internal standards and business expectations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure appropriate administrative follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Profile
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Knowledge of the Supply Chain and Logistics industry would be considered an asset.
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure environment.
- Proven experience delivering IT Infrastructure and Modern Workplace projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Kanban, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of enterprise network architectures, including LAN, SD-LAN, WAN, SD-WAN and Wi-Fi, with the ability to lead infrastructure deployment and transformation projects alongside technical teams and technology vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Customer-focused, collaborative and comfortable working in an international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-site deployment projects across France and/or internationally.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot and Windows 11.
- Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking solutions such as Cisco, Ruckus, or equivalent technologies.
- ITIL , PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
