Für unseren Standort in Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeiter für den Customer Service (m/w/d) 

Deine Aufgaben: 

• Du erstellst Angebote, Kalkulationen und führst Preisverhandlungen mit unseren Kunden
• Du kümmerst dich um Ausschreibungen erstellst Transportlösungen und dienst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden
• Du übernimmst die Pflege und den Ausbau des vorhandenen Kundenstamms
• Du koordinierst selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst Anfragen von unseren Kunden sowie Reklamationen der Kunden. 

Dein Profil: 

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
• .Du besitzt einschlägige Berufspraxis in der Logistikbranche.
• Du gehst routiniert mit MS Office um.Du kommunizierst in Englisch / Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
• Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung.
• Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kunden
