WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Managing the warehouse processes using available resources,

• Team coordination; in the field of supervision, work time management, professional development, motivation, embodying and promoting CEVA values,

• Controlling and managing employee performance – preparing analyses and applying corrective actions, compliance with budget assumptions (cost control),

• Proactive cooperation in terms of relocation of resources depending on operational situation, 

• Presenting proposals of actions to improve professionalism and service level, maintaining consistency with the results, and achieved goals (KAIZEN), implementation of LEAN Management tools, SCA standards, participation in the new projects,

• Cooperation with the team of employees in continuous improvement: KAIZEN, 5S,

• Ensuring proper organization of work environment, in accordance to the Labor Law, Health and  Safety procedures as well as Fire and Environmental protection,

• Ensuring that customer expectations in terms of service level are known and met by employees (KPI’s)

• Delivery and reporting of operational results based on contract indicators agreed with the client for the provided service

• Supervision of budget implementation (P&L), participation in the process of closing the month (financial reserves from the month level, verification of operational data for the needs of issuing an
       invoice for the client, etc.)

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment.
•Proven experience in managing and developing operational teams.
•Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes, including receiving, storage, order picking, inventory management, and shipping operations.
•Practical experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
•Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational and financial targets.
•Excellent organizational and planning skills.
•Ability to make decisions and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic operational environment.
•Experience in monitoring and managing operational performance through KPIs.
•Good analytical skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
•Knowledge of Lean Management, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies would be an advantage.
•Sound understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
•Communicative English language skills (minimum B1 level).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
