CESA Vietnam was founded in 2018; CESA started as a development center in Vietnam,then now became a technology company of CEVA Logistic, specializing in Microsoft .Net technologies (ASP.Net MVC, API, Azure,...), ESB platform (Webmethods, Java...) and delivers projects using Agile methodology.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts across multiple countries, along with development teams to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop reusable, scalable, and high-performance components while ensuring adherence to security best practices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with coding standards and industry best practices.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, testing activities, troubleshooting, and debugging processes to ensure software quality.
  • Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and practices to enhance code quality and team productivity.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Delivery Manager and Team Leader.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Java web technologies, including Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Boot, etc.).
  • Good understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in database design and SQL with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Knowledge and experience in RESTful API design and development.
  • Ability to independently execute software development activities, including solution design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and verification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, or KnockoutJS.
  • Experience with Kafka or other messaging and event-driven technologies.
  • Familiarity with modern web development practices and full-stack development concepts is an advantage.

  • Good communication in English (written and spoken)

  • Round 2: Technical interview (60')
