 YOUR ROLE

 The Human Resources Partner Professional will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders and employees throughout the Marmara region. This position involves playing a critical role in driving effective HR practices, aligning human resource strategies with business objectives, and enhancing employee engagement and organisational performance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

•  Act as a strategic partner to business units by delivering HR solutions that support organisational goals and ensure alignment with corporate values and policies.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and employees to identify needs, address challenges, and implement HR programmes that promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and CEVA Logistics Turkey's standards.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities to foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and learning and development to deliver holistic HR solutions.
• Analyse HR metrics and prepare reports to inform senior management and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to change management initiatives and support organisational development projects.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience in human resources business partnering, ideally within logistics or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labour laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across various levels and functions.
• Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English, capable of facilitating clear and inclusive dialogue.
• Professional approach with a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with modern HR information systems and MS Office tools.
