YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will organize and manage road transport of entrusted vehicles for our customers, coordinating carriers and service providers to ensure every shipment meets the required quality standard. You will take ownership of day-to-day transport operations at our FVL site in Kolín, Czech Republic.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Organize, negotiate and manage the activities of service providers and carriers.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all transport activities carried out.
• Support customs clearance operations together with the customs department.
• Monitor subcontractors’ compliance with operational standards.
• Oversee daily operations within your department and propose measures and action plans to improve results and resolve recurring issues.
• Prepare and manage transport documentation, including records for invoicing.
• Monitor customer KPIs, order fulfillment and shipment consolidation for carriers.
• Handle customer requests and complaints, excluding non-conformities from audits and cargo damage claims.
• Work confidently with CEVA operating systems (e.g. Movee) and individual clients’ portals.
• Track daily operational and administrative reporting tools (work reports, statistics, indicators).
• Stay informed about the transport market, competitors and customers.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new colleagues.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Secondary education (business, logistics or a related field is an advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in an operational role in a transport or vehicle-loading company
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email tools
• English knowledge on B2 level

• Resistant to stress and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Logical thinking and attention to detail
• Team spirit
