About the Team

The Group Transformation team leads CEVA’s strategic programs and oversees the overall performance of the transformation portfolio (Finance, HR, productivity initiatives, savings plans, and other transformation priorities). The Control Tower team acts as the central hub for monitoring, analyzing, and steering the Group’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and roll-out of the Transformation cockpit, including KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR, and Transformation programs.
Prepare strategic analyses, executive presentations, and synthesis materials for the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other Management Team members.
Support governance processes through data collection, process structuring, and progress tracking.
Participate in ad-hoc projects such as benchmarking, cross-functional analyses, and workshop preparation.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Education	Final-year student from a leading business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program with a specialization in management, strategy, finance, or data. International education.
Technical Skills	Fluency in English is required. Good understanding of French required; spoken proficiency preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills	Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Personal Attributes	Team-oriented, curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
