YOUR ROLE

 

The mission of the Road Operations Administrator  is to ensure the efficient and secure management of transportation and logistics operations for aerospace sector clients, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, compliance with safety standards, and optimal coordination of internal and external resources.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Operations:

  • Gather customers’ transportation requirements
  • Process transportation requests from customers
  • Manage and oversee the execution of customers’ transportation schedules
  • Implement the TMS (Transport Management System) used by our client
  • Monitor invoicing, coordinate document handover, and ensure payment collection
  • Provide feedback to internal and external customers on the execution of their operations
  • Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions (8D analysis, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Lead monthly steering committees and the quarterly COPIL (Logistics & Customs)
  • Develop and update SOPs
  • Manage the client’s trailer fleet in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the sales team in the aerospace sector

 

Safety:

  • Comply with the company’s quality, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Alert your manager in case of any detected risk situation
  • Ensure the health, safety, and working conditions of all stakeholders within your scope
  • Apply and enforce all group standards regarding safety and well-being at work within your area of responsibility

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum Bac +5 (Master’s degree) in transportation and logistics, international trade, or a related field
  • Initial experience in a similar position within the transportation and logistics sector or the aerospace or automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of national and international road freight transport
  • Proficiency in regulations related to international trade between Morocco and Europe
  • Knowledge of the specific requirements for transporting aerospace goods
  • Familiarity with transport management software and tracking systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Knowledge of quality tools (8D, etc.)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills (meeting deadlines)
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and ensure responsiveness and compliance with requirements
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and find solutions
  • Ability to write clear and structured reports
  • Ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and speak confidently in public
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude at work and remain productive in a complex environment
