YOUR ROLE

 

Organize accreditation of new clients in compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements. Support BD Sales members and ensure compliance and adherence to set KPIs

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Customer Credit Line Application for new clients and credit line extension for existing clients.          
  • C-View (CRM) UmiD Creation; account verification and account transfer
  • BIZAGI tool registration and enrollment of new clients
  • Customer Contract and SOP recording and management
  • Insurance rates and insurance booking
  • Customer contracts review, process engagement and management
  • Office Supplies, Business Cards and Transport Service requirement of BD Sales Members
  • Any additional responsibilities as maybe required from time to time

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
  • Experience working across the Air & Ocean and other products in the country
  • Work with customers regularly and provide solutions to them
  • Account Management and handling
  • Knowledge of local and international logistics industry
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Abilitiy to influence and develop relatioships at local even in customer organizations
  • Ability to develop highly collaborative and productive relationships internally

 

DESIRABLE:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit in Air & Ocean
  • Strong relationship with Customer Service Team and with Air & Ocean Operations Team
