YOUR ROLE

 

Reporting to the Global Head of the Logistics Academy, the Global Learning & Development Manager plays a key role in shaping and delivering the global L&D strategy across CEVA Logistics.

As a strategic partner to business leaders and HR teams, this role drives the transformation of learning, ensuring impactful, scalable, and future-ready development solutions across regions.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, you will contribute to building a world-class learning experience that supports business performance and employee growth at a global level

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

L&D Strategy & Governance

  • Bring the global L&D strategy to life across the organisation
  • Translate business priorities into structured learning roadmaps and scalable programmes
  • Ensure consistent governance, standards, and methodologies globally

Learning Programmes

  • Co-design and deliver impactful global learning journeys
  • Lead major L&D initiatives and projects
  • Ensure strong project management discipline and execution excellence

Global Community & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Animate and connect the global L&D community across regions & products
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, HR teams, and key stakeholders

Learning Ecosystem & Digitalisation

  • Drive the performance of the global learning platforms (LMS, TMS, digital tools) within CEVA
  • Ensure integration with HR systems and data platforms
  • Enhance digitalisation, automation, and user experience improvements

Performance & Data-Driven Impact

  • Define and track L&D KPIs and performance metrics
  • Measure learning impact on business outcomes
  • Continuously improve programmes through data and insights

Innovation & Future of Learning

  • Bring innovative approaches (AI, digital learning, new pedagogies)
  • Position the Logistics Academy as a forward-thinking learning organisation

Change Management & Adoption

  • Drive engagement and adoption of learning initiatives globally
  • Support regions in deployment and localisation while ensuring consistency

 Manage budgets and resources

  • Co‑manage the global L&D budget and prioritise investments with strong ROI.

Ensure quality and compliance

  • Act as the global point of contact for L&D audits.
  • Prepare and coordinate audit activities and follow‑up actions.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all regions.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Certifications in Learning, Digital Learning, or Project Management are a strong plus
  • 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Management, with strong expertise in instructional design, learning methodologies, and adult learning principles.
  • Proven track record in global or regional roles within a matrix organisation
  • Solid experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational environments (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale L&D or transformation projects
  • Comfortable managing global stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
  • Experience working with operational workforce training is a key differentiator
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve, communication clearly in business meeting.
  • Fluent in French & English
