Werkstudent Recruiting (m/w/d) gesucht – Starte Deine Karriere mit wertvoller Praxiserfahrung neben dem Studium in unserem Team in Meppen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du unterstütz unser Team im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess und übernimmst Verantwortung für erste Stellen
• Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen auf relevanten Jobportalen sowie Social-Media-Kanälen 
• Du bist in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern und unserem Employer-Branding-Team 
• Vorauswahl von Bewerbenden, inklusive Erstkontakt, sowie Koordination von Bewerbertagen und Interviews
• Kontinuierlicher Blick auf unseren Recruiting-Tracker, um den gesamten Prozess transparent zuhalten 
• Du erhältst weitere Einblicke in das breitgefächerte Aufgabengebiet der HR-Arbeit vor Ort 

Dein Profil

• Du bist immatrikulierter Studierender – z. B. in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Personalmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
• Du hast Spaß am Recruiting und sorgst dafür Talente rechtzeitig zu erkennen
• Gute Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Excel-Kenntnisse bringst du mit
• Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, hast ein gutes Auge fürs Detail und Lust, dich aktiveinzubringen
• Du kannst schnell auf neue Anforderungen reagieren und findest passende Lösungen
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
