Working Student Recruitment (m/f/d) wanted – Start your career with valuable practical experience alongside your studies in our team in Meppen

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Support the entire recruitment process
  • Create and publish job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media channels
  • Work closely with cooperation partners and our Employer Branding team
  • Pre-screen applicants, including initial contact, and coordinate recruitment events and interviews
  • Continuously monitor our recruiting tracker to ensure transparency throughout the entire process
  • Support your team colleagues in day-to-day operations

 

Your Profile

 

  • You are currently enrolled at a university, for example in Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or a similar field of study
  • You have a passion for recruitment and enjoy taking on new challenges
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
