To support the GKAM in commercial relationship and business development with a Century client in the Luxury sector across all products and solutions offered by CEVA Logistics.
In charge of coordination with the regions and the clients to support business growth and project implementation.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Revenue Growth & Account Development:
• Participate in tenders: collect and share documentation, coordinate internal timelines, and submit responses through client platforms.
• Manage spot quotations
• Update rate cards
• Propose technical solutions and contribute to their financial evaluation and value creation.
• Participate in budget preparation for the account
Project Management
• Lead the implementation of new projects approved during joint client - CEVA Logistics steering committees.
• Identify business needs related to IT systems and support deployment processes.
• Monitor CO₂ reporting and contribute to action plans aimed at reducing carbon footprint.
Governance & Reporting
• Lead and/or participate in contractual and project meetings with the client.
• Work closely with the OKAM (Operational Key Account Manager) to prepare (Q)BR (Quarterly Business Reviews) and other steering committees, presenting performance results, associated action plans for the account and projects / road maps deployment status.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor in business or equivalent
A&O operation or field sales
Communication skills - Commercial, project management, quotation
Fluency in English & French
