YOUR ROLE

How do you make our customers happy? By playing a key part in Customer Service and Transport Planning for our customer, who specializes in spare parts for cranes! You’re going to be the first point of contact and keep them informed about the order processing by the warehouse team. You ensure correct administration, various reports and maintain your internal and external KPIs. Also, you ensure that the planning between the warehouse teams and transporters are aligned with each other. Because of you, each team knows which shipment to load in which truck at what time!

As Customer Service & Transport Representative you are going to do the following tasks:

• Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team;
• Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with the guidelines;
• Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs);
• Ensuring a good customer relationship by providing correct and timely information and maintaining contact with the customer;
• Taking care of outbound planning;
• Monitor carrier performance and shipment follow-up until delivered;
• Maintaining the relationship with our customer partly through cooperation with Customer Service.
• Active role in the testing and implementation of change requests in systems like WMS and TMS.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

Your workplace is at one of our locations in Roosendaal, where we have a campus of four warehouses! There you will be part of the Operations Support Team, consisting of 5 till 10 colleagues. Together you ensure that the customer is informed about the order processing and transport schedules are aligned. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to Operations Support Manager, and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 18:00.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Do you recognize yourself in the following:

• You love customer service! Possibly you have an MBO / HBO diploma in Logistics;
• Experience in, and you get excited about, working with WMS and TMS
• You know how to use Excel into analytics;
• Analysing attitude and skills;
• Pro-active attitude
• Planning skills;
• Making yourself understandable in conversation and via email in English is not a challenge for you;

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.868 and € 3.822 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
