YOUR ROLE
 
As a Communications & Marketing Expert Benelux, you will be responsible for leading CEVA's communications activities across Belgium and the Netherlands, while also supporting and delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand visibility and commercial growth. This is primarily a communications-focused role, requiring expertise in corporate communications, public relations, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications, combined with a solid understanding of B2B marketing.
 
Working closely with country leadership, commercial teams, HR, and the wider European Communications & Marketing organization, you will play a key role in shaping CEVA's reputation and positioning throughout the Benelux region.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for:
 
  • Developing and executing the communications strategy for Belgium and the Netherlands, aligned with CEVA's global brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Creating engaging content for internal and external audiences, including press releases, leadership communications, customer success stories, newsletters, social media content, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Managing media relations and supporting executive communications to enhance CEVA's reputation and visibility in the market.
  • Supporting and delivering marketing initiatives, campaigns, and demand-generation activities that contribute to business growth.
  • Organizing and coordinating trade shows, industry events, sponsorship activations, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Driving employee engagement through impactful internal communication programs and initiatives.
 
WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
 
You will be part of CEVA's European Communications & Marketing organization and report directly to the Europe Communications Senior Manager. The preferred work location is the Zaltbommel region, with regular interaction with stakeholders across Belgium and the Netherlands.
 
This is a highly visible position in which you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, HR, and operational management. You will work in an international environment where communication, creativity, and business impact come together. Occasional travel within Belgium and the Netherlands is expected.
 
 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 
We are looking for an experienced communications professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You know how to translate complex business topics into compelling stories, engage a variety of stakeholders, and strengthen a company's reputation. At the same time, you feel comfortable contributing to marketing activities that support commercial objectives and business growth.
 
Additionally, you bring:
 
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, and/or B2B communications; experience within logistics, supply chain, or industrial services is a strong advantage.
  • Native or bilingual Dutch language skills and professional fluency in English; French is considered a plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, combined with experience using digital marketing and content production tools.
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and presenting recommendations to senior leadership teams.
 
Please note that we only consider candidates who are residents of the European Union and already live within commuting distance of the location (maximum 50 km one-way travel distance). Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

As a Communications & Marketing Expert Benelux you will receive:
 
  • A gross monthly salary between € 5.130 and € 7.114 and 8% holiday allowance (salary depends on experience and educational background);
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
  • Employment conditions in line with our own CEVA CLA, including 25 vacation days and 5 additional leave days based on full-time employment;
  • Profit-sharing of up to 3% in case of positive company results and a good pension scheme;
  • Travel allowance or an NS Business Card
