Sales Support Supervisor

About the role:

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Support leader to join our team! Reporting to the Sales Director – NZ, the main responsibilities of the Sales Support Supervisor would include:
•    Monitoring performance of sales support team and ensuring timely response to pricing/rate inquiries from customers.
•    Successful implementation of new business tools along with active promotion and support for digital customers.
•    Promoting CMA CGM Group services and non-maritime products including CMA CGM + /CEVA/Intermodal/E-business.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the below skills and experience along with unlimited rights to work in New Zealand:
•    Previous experience in the shipping or related industry, preferably in an internal sales or customer service role.
•    Related qualifications in a business discipline or transport, logistics or similar fields.
•    Highly developed communication skills; both written and verbal.
•    Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with a broad spectrum of people.
