YOUR MISSIONS:
Join our dynamic team within the QHSSE department of CMA CGM Guadeloupe for a 4 to 6-month internship. You will actively participate in various essential missions to maintain and improve our safety and quality standards. You will report to the QHSSE manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Audit on Critical Risks (CRS):
- You will contribute to evaluating our compliance with the group’s safety requirements.
- You will participate in implementing our safety policy by identifying and assessing critical risks.

Updating Chemical Management:
- You will conduct chemical inventories and update safety data sheets (SDS).
- You will draft simplified SDS and conduct verification visits in the field.
- You will raise awareness and support users by creating educational tools.

QSE Support:
- You will draft operating procedures and participate in visits and crisis exercises.
- You will integrate into the daily operations of the QHSSE department to implement and monitor our management system.

Regulatory Monitoring:
- You will set up a tool for regulatory monitoring.
- You will assess our compliance with regulatory requirements as part of our ISO certification.

Optimization of Reporting in Excel:
- You will support teams in optimizing monthly reporting tools in Excel and Office 365.
- You will develop creative solutions to improve reporting efficiency.

Optimization of Document Management:
- You will propose improvements to optimize our document management system in preparation for upcoming certification.
- You will simplify processes while respecting normative requirements.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A student in Master QHSSE, Risk Management, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards and office tools (Excel, Office 365).
- Skills in IT tools and proficiency in English.
- Analytical skills, rigor, and team spirit.
- You have a developed team spirit, are attentive, and demonstrate relational and writing skills.
- Awareness of safety and risk management issues.
