VIE VAS and Cross Sell Coordinator (M/F) - CMA CGM MOZAMBIQUE

CMA CGM Value Added Services range is an ever-evolving portfolio complementing CMA CGM's core ocean freight services. In today’s scenario wherein additional services act as a key differentiator the competitive shipping market, CMA CGM Value Added Services constitute an important layer of the customer centricity strategy implemented by the group.


CEVA Logistics is part of the CMA CGM Group, a world leader in shipping and logistics, provides transportation and supply chain solution for large or medium size national and multinational companies with a broad range of services in both Contract Logistics and Freight Management.


Reporting to the Managing Director of Zambezi and Indian Ocean Cluster and the Commercial Managers you will contribute to the development of CMA CGM Value Added Services in the Region.





  • Responsible for developing the awareness on CMA CGM Value Added Services among the concerned departments at the cluster / country level.


  • Monitor and analyze cross-sell performances versus budget and be able to present data and business opportunities to management.


  • Take necessary action to identify and maximize the business opportunities to Management.


  • Monitor and follow-up opportunities presented by CMA CGM and CEVA.


  • Identify, assess and leverage CMA CGM and CEVA capabilities to build integrated end-to-end offers addressing growing corridors.


  • Participate in training and promotion of CEVA products & services to develop awareness of our commercial staff.


  • Educate and train commercial staff people throughout agencies about the products and the selling process. You provide them with commercial, marketing tools which will help them develop cargo CMA CGM Value Added Services.


  • You will monitor the performance of CMA CGM Value Added Services on weekly / monthly basis and analyze the variation at the country level both in terms of revenue and volume.


  • You will be in constant contact with the commercial team of the region to develop CMA CGM Value Added Services performance in their respective country.


  • You will assist the commercial team in promoting CMA CGM Value Added Services to their VIP accounts with preliminary researches dedicated sales support & customer events.


  • You will closely follow the market dynamics to identify opportunities of new revenue streams & competition updates.





According to the provisions of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only 18 to 28-year-old candidates and European citizens can apply to this mission dedicated to VIE (Volunteers for International Experience).


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree / University graduated and post graduate preferred
  • You already have a successful working experience (min 3years)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick learner, multi-tasking and proactive with good analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated, KPI and performance oriented
  • Previous experience in sales with knowledge of CRM and digital tools
  • You already have some knowledge about commercial policy and offers, dangerous/special cargo or commodity
  • Sales techniques competencies in terms of pricing, negotiation
