Reporting to the Manager of the E Commerce Africa Regional Office, your daily work will be to ensure the deployment, business development and adoption of E Commerce products.


Knowledge of digital tools is essential for the development of our offering, including APIs, EDI and third party platforms.  You will ensure regular contact with agencies to provide training, maintain product knowledge and provide support on queries. 


You will cover a scope of products and countries defined by the eCommerce Regional Office Africa Manager. 


You will study statistics, analyse results and market needs.



You will maintain a thorough understanding of the products and the roadmap.


You will organise regular webinars and workshops, and gather feedback from the agency network.


You will formulate, prioritise and follow up development requests with the Head Office Product Owner for the products in your scope.


You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital initiatives to improve the existing offering, customer experience, organisational efficiency and to strengthen the company's digital position.


You will drive projects with countries to steadily increase the use of all E-Commerce products.


You will analyse and understand the local markets in order to provide a suitable offer to our customers.

You will organise monthly reporting to the group's agencies, which will enable you to monitor the achievement of the objectives set by the management.




According to French law, the VIE is only open to European nationals aged between 18 and 28.


You have a higher education, preferably from a major European business school, and are fluent in English.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong managerial potential and you adapt easily to new environments. You should be proactive, resilient, autonomous and creative.


Your interpersonal skills and your team spirit will be essential to communicate effectively with your numerous contacts.


Available, rigorous and methodical, organised, you have a great capacity to adapt to a very diverse public whose expectations are very variable or in relation to unexpected situations.


Your ability to analyse and summarise, your service spirit, your autonomy and your proactivity will enable you to carry out the tasks of this position successfully.


You are familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of Lara and Qliksens would be a great help


You have a strong interest in implementing digital solutions to help companies become more efficient and deliver an ideal customer experience.
