VIE Business Developer (M/F) - CMA CGM BANGLADESH

Conduct and support the current business projects initiated by Bangladesh Agency through research and studies on various topics such as:


- Market Identification for new services
- Track competitor information and market trends and suggest required action.
- Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact
- Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing VAS products
- new areas of potential investments
- Implementation of new logistics value added services

Sales Management & monitoring of Value-Added Services (VAS - Serenity, Traxens, Shipfin, etc) for ANL, CNC, CMA CGM:


- In coordination with respective sales teams, define and execute a development plan to achieve 2022 VAS budget
- Enable the agencies through training (Sales pitch, sales process etc), targeted marketing and provide the necessary coverage and representation at customer meetings
- Provide performance dashboards report to support deliverables of VAS in Bangladesh and provide inputs to ARO and Head Office.
- Support and manage new VAS initiatives/ projects
- Analyze sales reports and Market statistics
- Ensure replies to all sales leads and key correspondence are delivered within 24 hours.
- Assist with processing price quotes and rate negotiations.
- Build a good understanding of target customers (commodities, trade lanes, type of business including exceptions and service requirements).
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences
- Generate sales presentations and record sales minutes/action plans

Relay and be the sponsor of all digital initiatives through the Digital Committee:


- Create new tools to improve the digitalization of the Group
- Improve the existing communication tools
- Gather market intelligence and insights of the region in a report to be provided to the Management
