In coordination with the local Finance Manager, you realize audits in order to analyse agency’s performances and contribute to strengthen the finance procedures. You support the Finance Manager in the production of daily finance information and monthly reportings.




In collaboration with the financial director and the financial controller, your tasks are to:

  • Establish the budget and the financial projections of the sector.
  • Perform a detailed and complete review of all finance processes and rationalize them in connexion with the Group procedure.
  • Organize and visit clients with Commercial director (Freight collection, D&D, loss of containers), you negotiate the payment and report to the Local management and the Head Office.
  • Optimize and coordinate of the invoices for Carrier Import/Export charges and MGA.
  • In order to secure the operations and transactions of the agency, you are the guarantor of internal controls and processes.
  • Contribute to the reliability of financial statements and activity reports of your perimeter. You will also have to work on all fields of finance within the agency as treasury, accounting and the cost control.
  • Finally, you support the Head Office and you do studies and tranversal analysis (financial, fiscal, social) on request.




According to the provisions of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only 18 to 28-year-old candidates and European citizens can apply to this mission dedicated to VIE (Volunteers for International Experience).


  • Postgraduate degree (+5 years) specialized in Audit, Finance/Accounting,
  • Perfect fluency in English and French.
  • You are computer literate (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
  • Ideally you have a first professional experience in Audit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptation to new environment, listening skills, humility, patience and self-management skills are the essential skills necessary to succeed in this mission.
  • You working as a team and field work.
  • A previous experience in sub-Saharan Africa would be an asset to be fully successful in this mission which offers career advancement perspectives within our Group.
