Contribute to fulfillment of the Commercial Actions Plan by gaining and supporting customer loyalty and by developing new traffics through his/her knowledge of the market and/or product, and manage a dedicated customer portfolio.



  • Sell to customers the solution best fitted to their needs by phone
  • Participate in establishing the commercial action plan and in the agency sales segmentation
  • Carry out sales leads research, telephone canvassing, collect and structure information about clients and follow it up
  • Structure information about competitive rate evolution in order to enable the line to adapt its commercial policy
  • Ensure update of commercial data in the information system
  • Collect commercial data and customer feedbacks in Group system
  • Identify the commercial market opportunities and develop new business




  • Must have:
    • Minimum Graduate preferably Postgraduate.
    • May prefer relevant working experience in shipping industry.
    • Good interpersonal skills, proactive thinking, customer service oriented, sales techniques knowledge, commercial relations, and Incoterms knowledge.
    • Good communication skills in english (both written and verbal)
    • Good command of IT Tools, Ms Office i.e. spreadsheets and presentation.
