THE ROLE

 

Based in Kinshasa and reporting to the General Manager, the Business manager project will provides support, leadership, and expertise in the development of projects related to Sales, Customer Care, Operations, and Logistics.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

  • Coordinate all of the agency's business projects: establish governance, ensure seamless communication between teams, and ensure consistent cross-functional actions.
  • Analyze customer needs to identify their expectations for digital solutions, respond to them in a targeted manner, and promote their adoption (Customer Care and Sales).
  • Develop risk mapping, evaluate prevention measures, monitor risk occurrences, and lead periodic reviews.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed reports for Senior Management and departments, and suggest concrete recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as the primary support to facilitate change management within the agency and promote the improvement of internal processes.
  • Contribute to the deployment of best practices, new tools, or new approaches within the agency.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 who are European nationals will be eligible for this VIE program.
  • A Master's degree in International Business, Logistics, or Transportation and have at least 3 years of experience in a sales or project management role.
  • Proficient with IT and office tools.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Interpersonal skills and integration abilities essential to be fully effective in the assigned tasks.
  • Proactive and demonstrate persuasive and adaptable skills, strong managerial abilities, proactivity, and strong leadership.
