Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team to focus on managing CMA CGM transportation chains. The role is a maternity leave substitute for about one year.
As part of the customer service team, you play a key role in creating high-quality customer service and work in a variety of export and import customer service-related tasks. At work, you develop into an iron service professional in an international operating environment.
You can coordinate customer transportation orders and demanding documents, learn how to handle dangerous goods and other special cargo shipments, investigate, and resolve transportation issues, implement and develop customer relationships, support customers in their various inquiries as a customer service representative, and learn country and port-specific rules and regulations. Tasks require daily contact with CMA CGM’s global network and our customers.
Requirements
- We hope you already have experience in customer service in an international environment.
- 2-3 years’ working experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage.
- You are a team player, and you have a sense of responsibility, you enjoy a fast-paced working environment, and you have problem-solving ability.
- You work effectively even in busy situations. Job requires precision, efficiency, and good customer service skills. You communicate fluently with customers, stakeholders and colleagues in good Lithuanian and English.
- You have the basic skills of MS Office and will be able to adopt new information systems. You are supported by a professional team and a line manager.
