THE ROLE :
You are in charge of the Sales Department Agencies France.
You define, implement and develop the maritime commercial strategy in conjunction with the Regional Sales Department and Head Office and in relation to other Group activities (Air Cargo, Ceva, etc.).
You manage and develop the commercial activities of the 5 offices constituting Agence France.
RESPONSABILITIES :
- As such, reporting to the Director General of Agence France, you are a member of the Management Committee and are interactive with the other Functional Divisions.
- You are the driving force behind the Agence France unit through the homogeneous management of commercial activities (visits to French offices and Clients, coaching of sales managers in relation to those in charge of offices in France).
- In conjunction with the Head Office and Lines, you coordinate relations, negotiations and commercial strategy for France.
- You offer data-driven expertise with a customer-centric perspective at the national level in the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies. You analyze macroeconomic factors and buying trends to refine key market and customer segments.
- You supervise, evaluate and develop the sales team spread over the French territory. Sales team composed in particular of Agency Managers, Sales Managers, Trade Managers, Field Sales, Sedentary Sales, Sales Associates, etc.
- You are the guarantor of the commercial budget and the setting of the objectives of the CMA CGM brand in France and ensure the achievement of results at the national level.
- Based on the Group’s strategy in terms of growth, investment and diversification, you are the driving force behind the Agency’s commercial development and new market opportunities.
- You ensure the improvement of the commercial processes for the general improvement of the Quality of service rendered to the Customers.
- Depending on the commercial topics covered, you have a representative role with official bodies (ports, CCI, etc.)
COMPETENCIES AND PROFILE :
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management or Logistics, you have a professional experience of more than 10 years in a commercial function ideally in Maritime and you have already managed and led important teams.
- You have the qualities of Leadership/Management and you know how to understand the strategic dimension of the company. Your interpersonal skills, your persuasiveness and your pro activity are major assets to carry out the missions of this position and moreover, you are bilingual French and English.
