Financing Manager (M/F)

As part of (i) the strategy to optimise the Group's financial structure, (ii) the diversification of its sources of financing and (iii) the preparation of a possible IPO involving a rationalisation of processes and a strengthening of internal control, the Finance Department wishes to expand its team by recruiting a senior profile, recognised by the market, able to assist the Director of Finance, to prove additional expertise in certain areas and to take charge of the implementation of financing.
Beyond the level of technical skills and professional track record, personality and negotiation skills will be decisive in the selection of the finalist candidate.




Reporting to the Group Finance Director,

  • You will be responsible for all of the Group's financing activities (structured financing (asset financing and project financing), corporate financing, financing of Group subsidiaries, etc.).
  • You will lead the structuring and negotiation of financing.
  • You will be responsible for liaising with our financial partners (banks, investors, ECAs, etc.) and will be directly in charge of relations with a number of counterparties.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring financing in conjunction with the Risk Control teams (Middle and Back Office).
  • You participate in the diversification of financing sources and the establishment of relationships with new financial partners.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the banking market and new financing structures.


You will be required to work in interaction with the Legal Department and the following departments of the Finance Department: Legal, Tax, Treasury & Cash Management, Accounting and Management Control, as well as the Finance Directors of the Group's subsidiaries.
The position is based in Marseille. Travel abroad is to be expected.





  • You have a degree in Business or Engineering: a Master's degree, an MBA, etc. You have 7 to 12 years of experience in a bank, a consulting firm or in the Finance Department of a large international group.
  • You have a strong expertise in (i) structured finance (asset finance, project finance) and (ii) bond markets (high yield, covered bond, private placement, USPP, etc.) in France and abroad.
  • You have good financial modelling skills.
  • Your interpersonal, analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your critical mind, will enable you to successfully carry out the missions entrusted to you.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
