Group Talent Manager (M/F)

Develop strategic and operational design, implementation, administration and communication of Talent Management processes, driving and influencing, making sure there is a consistent and integrated approach.





  • Build a streamlined approach to Talent Management processes.
  • Implement People Review and Performance Management process, translating it into a coordinated talent management approach that connects the identification, development and deployment of our talent.
  • Create and disseminate guidelines, manuals, tools, resources and training to serve as reference documents and materials for HRBPs and business leaders to run Talent Management within their businesses.
  • Drive and monitor the Performance Management annual cycle for the Group
  • Design and run life trainings and facilitate workshops for HR Network and business to influence howwe apply talent management more systematically across the group
  • Coordinate and manage data analysis, synthesizing themes and overall information for People Summit sessions at C-Level.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Leaders, running an effective process and contributing to the follow-up, building a relationship of trust with the HR network.
  • Identify and support the HR Network, and Learning/Leadership Development teams and effectively discuss development needs to provide effective development interventions.
  • Collaborate and advise on the design of HRIS required; ensuring that needed data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed and recommendations are made for improvements.
  • Take a data-driven approach, performing analysis of performance, talent metrics and qualitative information to advise design, set objectives for talent initiatives and measure effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives for introducing/maintaining best practices, including benchmarking relevant policies and practices in order to keep the Group up to date in tailor-made processes.





  • Master’s degree and 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management

  • Familiarity with SAP Success Factors is a plus and solid software skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English language
