HRIS Product Owner - Fixed term contract

THE ROLE:
The Product Owner for HR Digital Group is responsible for delivering product value by working with stakeholders from the Group & Entities to understand their needs / vision and managing a product backlog that aims to achieve the requirement,
The Product Owner is the go-to person for product information and ultimately represents the customer and stakeholder interests in the product to the delivery team. He / She has the authority and accountability for product recommendations & arbitrations on a day-to-day basis,
He / She drives the market watch on his / her products for the organization to identify the opportunities in term of innovation or Market best practices,
The Product Owner communicates delivery progress, organizes product showcases, facilitates community sessions and manages priorities, scope, funding and schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Getting the Capacity to collect and synthesis best practices towards the company or the Market.
• Managing the proof of concept to demonstrate the added value of new features.
• Representing the interests of the stakeholders to improve the business efficiency.
• Defining user stories and acceptance criteria, creation and curation of product backlog and taking an active part in customer testing.
• Articulating the product road map and co-ordination of releases and launches.
• Contributing to ongoing development and continuous improvement through seeking feedback and inputs to the most appropriate outcomes.
• Participating to support activities as a third level (maximum 30%) on the support chain, centralizing the expertise
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations. He / She will need to demonstrate proven relationship management strengths, with clear evidence of an ability to build successful business partnerships and drive direction and effective product backlogs.
With no direct reports but a large emphasis on leadership, these unique roles require strong skills in influencing and driving collaboration.
High-level communication ability is essential, with verbal, written and interpersonal skills integral to success in this role.
In addition, the successful applicants will possess:
• Strong analytical ability coupled with an innovative and creative thinking style and robust business and technology acumen.
• Degree in School of Engineering or University Course.
• Experience in cloud environments.
• Significant experience in HR Digital with ideally an experience related to SAP SuccessFactors suite - Employee Central (Position Management)
• Project Management skills.
• Good level of English mandatory, French proficiency ideal as well
