Your missions
Within the CargoFlow teams, the service is responsible for improving tools and processes for all maritime flow managers, producing and monitoring macro activity indicators, and conducting in-depth situation studies to propose improvements. Our main mission is to maintain an optimal stock level while working closely with the managers of each line to justify discrepancies. You will also be responsible for improving the tools and processes in place within your team and across CargoFlow.
What will you do?

Maintain an optimal stock level. This first mission will allow you to acquire the operational basics necessary for a good understanding of the field and the cargoflow profession.

Update stock projections every Tuesday and Wednesday using extractions from Qliksense and understanding the source of discrepancies by contacting the managers of each line if necessary to ensure the solution is ideal.

Present results: Every Thursday, you will attend the stock meeting in English, where the main points will be presented. You will then write a summary based on the information discussed and the team’s explanations. This summary will be sent to about sixty colleagues and managers.

Analyze discrepancies: The following week, you will analyze the discrepancies between projections and actual data from each port every Monday using data extracted from Qliksense. You will find explanations by contacting the managers of each line.
What are we looking for?

You have a higher education background such as a Master 2 or 3rd year of business school or engineering school with a specialization in transport, logistics, transport flows.

Ideally, you have knowledge of tools.

You are bilingual in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.

You demonstrate rigor, proactivity, curiosity. Quickly autonomous, you have good organizational skills and perspective.

You have a team spirit and excellent communication skills.
