Internship - Legal Assistant in M&A (M/W)

MISSION


Within the Legal Department of CMA CGM based at the head office in Marseille, you support the group's M&A team in monitoring the group's sales and acquisitions projects.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

- Assistance in monitoring M&A projects and special projects in France and abroad.

 

- Drafting and review of legal documentation relating to the various projects

  • NDA
  • Share / fund / activity sale contracts
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Reclassification of internal titles
  • Subscription of securities / bonds
  • Acquisition of a stake in start-ups

 

- Research and legal watch on current projects in France and abroad. Ex: foreign investments in France and vice versa.

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS

 

  • With a Master 2 in business law with a focus on corporate law, you have a very good level of legal English both orally and in writing. A year of study or internship spent abroad would be a plus.
  • You handle with ease the computer tools of the Microsoft Office Pack and especially "Word".
  • Your taste for corporate law and M&A in an international environment, your curiosity, your dynamism and your autonomy will enable you to successfully carry out the missions of this position.
