Internship Operations Officer

  • Your mission is to assist the operational teams of Shipping Lines in the management of trips and calls of partner ships
  • Support of the ops assistants in place
  • Using dashboards to monitor the quality of the work of the Shared Service Center (SSC) schedule
  • Development and improvement of existing dashboards in the operations line.




  • You will monitor the schedules of the partner vessels and ensure their regular update, you will ensure that the rights of the group on the partner vessels are respected
  • You ensure the exchange of information and data by telephone and e-mail with the various external correspondents of the Lines (agencies, partners, operational centers), as well as internal contacts
  • You use software for logistics management, statistics and you increment the databases dedicated to the follow-up of the operational activity of the maritime Line
  • You will help the department's management to better identify errors / problems encountered by the SSC in the accomplishment of its mission
  • You will supervise and coordinate the SCC teams in India.




  • Master 2 in Logistics with a real interest in data analytics and port operations
  • English required, French is appreciated
  • Adaptability, ability to multitask on many different topics 
  • Good knowledge in Excel (macros, functions, etc.)
  • Good communication skills.
