Internship - Project management officer Purchasing (M/F)

ROLE


Within the Group Purchasing Department, you participate in the implementation, monitoring and review of the various transformation projects for Group Purchasing activities.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

In this context, you are responsible for coordinating various purchasing projects:


Operational missions: 
• Support in launching & piloting consultations (Indirect / Terminal equipment)
• Purchasing performance management:
  Internally - monitoring of framework contracts (OPEX / CAPEX) / - Establishment of the contract database / - Supply of the price database.
Communication to indirect internal networks / equipment on corporate contracts Support for monitoring due diligence obligations
Externally: implementation of operational performance evaluations

 

Transversal missions:
• Implementation of a Good Practices Purchasing Kit
• Define and manage the responsible purchasing digital communication strategy (internal and external)
• Implementation of the Newsletter
• Contribute to the organization of responsible purchasing events (Sustainable procurement forum, Procurement Days, ...)

 

In this context, you will be in contact with various purchasing areas in France and internationally. In daily contact with various interlocutors, you position yourself as a privileged contact with both internal services and external partners.
In addition, you ensure the implementation of reporting and project monitoring indicators
Finally, you propose an action plan and avenues for improvement

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS


In Master 2 specializing in purchasing, you have a first internship experience in the marketing or commercial field and project management skills would be a plus.
Your English is fluent, both written and spoken and you have a perfect command of computer tools, especially Excel and Power Point. You also are comfortable with reading numbers, and have good analytical skills.
Finally, you are dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, proactive, with good interpersonal skills, with a real team spirit.
