Internship - Responsible Purchasing Officer

THE ROLE :
Reporting to the group purchasing department, the intern will be responsible for supporting the team on the group's responsible purchasing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Manages responsible purchasing projects (Voice Of Supplier, ECOVADIS Questionnaire, etc.)
• Supports the monitoring of the RFAR label - Supplier Relations and Responsible Purchasing (Monitors the progress of action plans, prepares the monitoring audit, etc.)
• Support on corporate communication related to responsible purchasing (extra-financial declaration, etc.)
• Contributes to the redesign of the purchasing page of the corporate site
• Participates in the animation of the purchasing community (Yammer, organization of events, news, updating of the purchasing point, etc.)
• Participates in the deployment of the responsible purchasing approach worldwide and grows CSR within the purchasing community
• Is in contact with the various purchasing areas and support functions such as CSR, compliance, etc.
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
• You are in Master 2 or Master 1 of a business school or University
• You have a taste for human contact and a sense of teamwork
• You are curious and will seek out the information you need for the successful completion of your projects
• You are autonomous and pugnacious. You know how to operate in a complex organization and create links with your contacts.
• You are rigorous, concise and concerned about the quality of your deliverables
• You speak fluently English and you have a good command of Office tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• A first experience in purchasing or CSR would be useful
