Cloud Security Architect (M/F)

CONTEXT & ROLE : 

The CMA CGM Group’s incredible growth is dramatically transforming our core business, reinforcing our leading position as an innovative, bold, and customer-oriented company, enhancing more than ever the security of its global operations.

With more than 250 team members, the Group Cybersecurity Department, covers all subsidiaries and entities of CMA CGM, with a global roadmap composed of 6 major domain streams (Maritime, Logistics, Ships, Terminals, Warehouses, and Subsidiaries). The Department currently monitors around 80 projects and provides through its 24/7 Operations continuous reliability.

 

In two and a half years, our Cybersecurity team has operated major strategic changes and implemented top-level solutions to secure even further our business activities worldwide: Risk Management tools, IAM, Office 365 security, Networks, Endpoints and Cloud protection, Application Security Enhancement, Cyber Defense Center (SOC and CERT) construction.

We look now to reinforce our teams with new skills to reach the next level of Cybersecurity and continue building a globally structured team based in Marseilles, Beirut, Manila, Montreal, Miami, and more…

In this context, and as a Cloud Security Architect, you will support the CMA CGM Group digital transformation strategy by assisting all internal stakeholders in defining, developing and re-engineering new or existing security architectures able to adopt cloud-based solutions without hindering Group operational efficiency. You will work on a variety of exciting and changing projects, at the forefront of application modernization and cloud technology adoption.

Achieving success will require coordination across many internal and external teams or partners, with impact and visibility at the highest levels of the Group.

As technology experienced in designing and building digital platforms, you will provide technical and architectural security guidance in the creation of Group strategies and roadmaps and will continue in the leadership role throughout the implementation

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

For this, you will have to: 

  • Leading and architecting cloud solutions in hybrid enterprise environments acting as catalyst between security architecture and cloud teams
  • Identifying motivators for cloud adoption and unblocking enterprise challenges
  • Analyzing security application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing security transformation feasibility
  • Support the development of the Cloud Security Design framework for new technology solutions
  • Drive security initiatives to secure Cloud applications
  • Contribute on performing Cloud Security assessments against industry frameworks and recommend holistic improvements considering all aspects of the organization : participate in the evolution of strategies, foundations, frameworks, objectives and orientations of the Cloud Operation teams
  • Determine Cloud Security requirements needed to provide services securely by evaluating business strategies and threat landscapes
  • Participate as an expert in Cyber Security infrastructure incident analysis and other investigations, conduct Cyber Security vulnerability analysis and risk assessments to identify current and emerging threats and their drivers of attack, assess operational risk levels and means in place, including mitigation strategies for these risks

 


PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • You are graduated from a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant degree in Cyber Security field
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in design and implementation of large-scale Cloud Security architecture solutions in a large and complex environment
  • You have strong knowledge about Cloud computing deployments such as IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and CaaS
  • You have extensive experience in AWS public cloud environment and preferably also with Microsoft Azure, Office365 and Google Cloud
  • You bring strong knowledge in all areas and security technologies within Cloud such as Identity and Access Management, Single Sign On, MFA, Secure communications and network protection, Data protection and privacy, Security Management, Audit, Cryptography, CASB, SIEM, WAF etc.
  • You have experience and good technical knowledge of application security
  • You have deep knowledge of cloud security capabilities and possible interfaces with on premise security solutions
  • You are up-to-date with cyber and information security trends and threats facing financial services, e-business solutions, and high volumes online systems
  • You are ideally certified CISSP, CSSP, CISM and bring a very good knowledge of standards, regulations and law governing the security of information within cloud computing such as GDPR, ISO 27001, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS, etc.
  • You are familiar with ITIL and COBIT
  • You are analytical, pragmatical, but also able to influence through a strong IT expertise and negotiate with various stakeholders in a customer-oriented approach, you bring for that leadership, team spirit, creativity, rigor and quality skills
  • You are able to plan, organize and drive projects, managing properly time and priorities
  • You are fluent in English and preferably in another language
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You are detail orientated with excellent time management skills
