Process and Business Controlling Manager (M/F)

The MOA Finance ensures the project management of the various projects entrusted to it by the Finance Department. These projects involve a number of actors who must produce deliverables and carry out actions within the required timeframe, budget and quality levels. Within the Finance Project Management Department, with the participation of the departments concerned, you will be responsible for assisting the business in defining its application needs and monitoring the implementation of the Finance Department's Group IT tools. Your activity will focus more specifically on the areas of management control/cost accounting. You will be responsible for managing projects/evolutions in this area, ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines and costs. You are in charge of mobilizing and coordinating the necessary business resources to ensure the implementation of evolution requests and the success of projects. Finally, you will advise the business sponsor of the project and attend the steering committee to monitor the progress of the various projects and their milestones. 
To support you in your activities you will lead a team of 2 resources.


Your responsibilities are based on two axes: 

  • Project management: 

As part of the definition of the functional content of the project, you will collect the needs from the business and formalize them. Then, you validate the specifications and the adequacy of the solution with the business need.
With your experience in project management, you organize, coordinate and lead the phases under business responsibility, including in particular the business acceptance and user change management.

  • You will be responsible for the evolution and functional administration of the Finance Department's tools: 

You will be responsible for the overall coordination and definition of action plans in accordance with budgets and deadlines. Your sense of service and listening skills will enable you to target and prioritize the expectations of the business. Your knowledge of IT environments and methods gives you legitimacy in the relationship with the technical operating teams and allows you to understand the problems of security and integrity of the systems in accordance with the group's standards. In the event of a major Production incident, you are the point of contact with the business to escalate risks


  • With a 4/5 year degree in business school with a major in Finance, your good understanding of the different Finance professions of the company as well as a good sensitivity to information systems will allow you to apprehend this position in an efficient manner. Your mastery of project management and team leadership techniques will be useful to successfully complete projects within the given timeframe.
  • Your knowledge of management control and cost accounting processes will enable you to evolve serenely and maintain a relationship of trust with the various functional departments.
  • You are a good listener, at ease in communication, you will identify the needs in a fair and precise manner to ensure that the project translates the expectations stipulated in the specifications. Your persuasiveness will be useful in convincing the parties to make the right decisions. Your interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt will be assets in a complex and changing organization. Finally, fluent English is a prerequisite.
