QSSE Digital Expert (M/F)

Within the QSSE (Quality, Safety, Security and Environment) Department of the CMA CGM Group, you will be integrated into the QSSE TI department (Terminals and Inland) to participate to the digitalization of the QSSE process.

Your main missions will be, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate QSSE reporting projects within the different business units concerned through TIN@ (QSSE application), Qlik Sense application and other digital tools
  • Structure the processes, workflows, methods, FAQ through procedures
  • Ensure that the digital tools properly meet the needs and new challenges of the scope covered by the QSSE TI division
  • Improve the data analysis system in place to ensure the reliability of the indicators put in place analysing QSSE performances et safety culture





  • Ensure and manage projects with the different departments and subsidiaries of the Group in the context of setting up an efficient organization to ensure a standard centralized reporting
  • Develop structured KPI and Safety culture strategies and implement them for the QSSE TI Division scope
  • Develop the procedures and process to ensure that they are in line with the specifications
  • Provide safety expertise to design from the outset a new module dedicated to vessel and on site inspections and more generally resume the continuous evolution of the tool
  • Investigate possibilities of process automation and streamlining for tests, access management and links between digital tools
  • Ensure the link with the IT services and the software supplier for evolutions and defects resolutions
  • Participate in QSSE TI projects and provide support to the division (reporting, procedures, communication, etc.) under the authority of the department manager
  • Participate in the improvement and revision QSSE TI guidelines and more generally to all cross-cutting projects, to the support of site referents
  • Participate in reports and corporate standards published by the QSSE TI division





  • Mastery of HSE engineer or equivalent (HSE system management, industrial & natural risk prevention)
  • Project management experience / knowledge, interests in digital topics
  • Your attention to detail and precision makes you a rigorous collaborator
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Autonomy, motivation, and ability to work in a team are essential qualities for this position
  • Excellent knowledge of the O365 office suite, knowledge on Qlik Sense is also a major asset
