You will help migrate safety knowledge to new IT tools and use them to improve the safety of goods transport within the Group


  • Contribute to improve the matrix of risky commodities,
  • Contribute to a project of ranking our customers and risk-related rating,
  • Contribute to the control of the cargo by screening BL in search of mis and/or un-declaration of Dangerous Goods,
  • Set up statistics reports on the volume of Dangerous goods and cargoes at risks transported within the Group by using the latest existing IT tools,
  • Update KPIs to monitor Commodities at risk (Dangerous goods and general cargoes) accepted within the Group,
  • Contribute to enrich the load list of containers with safety remarks related with the commodity,
  • Contribute to enrich I-control rules with safety remarks related with the commodity,
  • Set up risk assessment on commodities following requests emanating from the lines and propose special procedures for the loading (Ex: niche market to be captured),
  • Follow up and provide necessary advices for all cargo incidents in link with agencies/QSSE Marine/Legal Department,
  • Demonstrate a constant process of improving existing processes.



Master degree or equivalent.



Maritime operations or customer care services or commercial functions.
