Tax Project Manager M/F

Role

Within Group Finance Projects & Business Analysis department, you are in charge of defining and providing assistance with the implementation of the information systems for the Finance Direction on Tax related topics.
Throughout the project life cycle, you will monitor the progress of the project and control the quality of the deliverables, the respect of the set timelines and the cost.
You will also be responsible for mobilizing and coordinating the necessary business resources for the project and the change management.
For external projects, (not handled by the Group Subsidiaries), you will define the tenders drawn ups, you will manage the subcontracting needs and pilot the implementation.
Finally, you will advise the business sponsor for the project you are in charge of and will participate to the steering committee in order to follow up the progression of the various projects and their milestones.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are mainly focused on:

Project Management: 
Firstly, regarding the functional content of the project, you collect requirements from the business, and you formalize them. Then, you confirm the specifications and the adequacy of the solution with the business needs.
Based on your experience in project, you organize, coordinate and animate phases under business responsibility, including the business revenue and change management for the users.

Secondly, you are in charge of the evolution and the functional administration of the Finance Department IT systems (tools…) on Tax related topics.

Skills and Qualifications

You have a postgraduate degree in Business School with a Finance option. Your good understanding of the various Finance jobs of the Group, especially on Corporate Tax, together with a good ability to understand IT systems and how to link business & IT requirements are essential for you to be efficient in this position.
Your expertise in project management and people management will be useful to lead all projects in the set timelines.
Good in listening and in communication, you are able to ensure that business needs are well translated into the project specifications. Your persuasiveness will be important to convince all parties to take the right decisions.
This position being in a complex and moving organization, your relationship skills and ability to deal with conflicts will be an asset.
Fluent English and French is required.
