About the Role:


Reporting to the Depot Manager, the Assistant Depot Manager will support the management and control of the operations of CCIS ANL Australia to deliver an efficient and safe service to its clients. The position will also be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of relevant Depot Policies and Procedures.


Ideally, the successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:


  • Experience in a similar depot operation and/or container terminals with direct experience in positions such as Operations Supervisor or Depot Supervisor within a Depot or Container Park. 
  • Current Forklift Licence, ideally on empty container handlers (ECH) – twin pick 
  • Detailed knowledge of, and a strong commitment to, the OH&S requirements of an operating Container Park. 
  • Ability to plan, implement and continuously review the day to day operating arrangements of a Container Park or similar environment. 
  • Good Technical knowledge of Container Handling Equipment including optimising utilisation within the Depot.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
