Customer Care Representative

With unprecedented growth in our business, we now have multiple roles across various Customer Service functions, starting as 6-month contract roles with the prospect of being made permanent.

 

To be successful, you MUST have -
•    Australian citizenship or permanent residence
•    At least 12 months' previous Customer Service experience in the Shipping/Freight forwarding industry
•    Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
•    Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
•    Ability to multitask and prioritise
•    Strong organisational and administration skills
•    Excellent telephone manners with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
